Job Responsibility:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them thoroughly.
• Provide detailed information about spa services, packages and promotions.
• Manage all front desk duties.
• Handle client bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, and treatment prep spaces.
• Monitor guest flow and support spa therapists in managing schedules.
• Support in opening and closing procedures as required.
