Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end IT application support, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, recovery, restoration, tracking, and closure of incidents.
• Support production issues, system changes, enhancements, and new application implementations in line with SOP and SLA requirements.
• Work closely with internal IT teams, business users, project teams, and vendors to resolve application and system issues.
• Perform system maintenance activities and support testing across SIT, UAT, regression, production, and disaster recovery environments.
• Monitor system performance and availability, configure automated alerts, and take proactive action to prevent service disruption.
• Support application batch runs, UAT batch processing, and authorized operational activities such as TCP port reset.
• Manage incident logging and ticket queues by acknowledging, monitoring, updating, escalating, and closing tickets on time.
• Investigate incidents and problem tickets, contribute to root cause analysis, and recommend permanent corrective actions.
• Assist in production deployment, technology refresh, system migration, change requests, and required approval processes.
• Prepare regular incident, ticket status, operational, and management reports for stakeholders, auditors, regulators, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in IT support operations.
• Experience in a large commercial organization, service-based company, vendor environment, or financial institution is preferred.
• Experience supporting applications in banking, cards systems, consumer banking, or critical business applications will be an advantage.
