JOB BRIEF
The OSH Coordinator provides administrative support to the ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) team in the plantation. This role focuses on documentation, record-keeping, and coordinating safety-related paperwork to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update safety-related records (training attendance, PPE issuance, reports).
- Prepare and compile safety reports for submission to management and authorities.
- Handle filing, data entry, and document tracking for safety and health matters.
- Assist in scheduling safety meetings, briefings, and training sessions.
- Record meeting minutes and circulate to relevant parties.
- Support other administrative tasks as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM; Diploma in Administration/Business/related field preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work (plantation setting an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle filing and reporting accurately.
- Willing to work on-site in a remote plantation environment (hostel is provided if needed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
