Join SAM and be part of a dynamic engineering team driving innovation in precision manufacturing. We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to support new project development, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RFQ evaluations, new project development, and manufacturing process planning.

• Design, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes, tools, fixtures, and equipment.

• Develop and maintain Process Quality Plans (PQP), PFMEA, and engineering documentation.

• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

• Support engineering change activities (ECN/ECCSV) and process improvements.

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Program teams to meet customer requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

• Analyze product margins and recommend improvement plans to increase profitability.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM programming and manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Experience in precision machining or aerospace manufacturing is an added advantage.
