Assist in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, pumps, and mechanical systems.

• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical faults and breakdowns.

• Conduct routine inspections and report abnormalities.

• Support installation, servicing, and repair works.

• Maintain maintenance records and work logs.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in facilities management or building maintenance.

• Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems is an advantage.

• Able to work shifts, standby, and attend emergency breakdowns.
