Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Executive in executing plans to minimize downtime for company premise and building electrical and instrumentation systems.

2. Develop and implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned breakdowns for field instruments, PLCs and telecommunication systems.

3. Attend breakdown maintenance for restoration of supply during normal working hours and standby period, inclusive of isolation of faulty section and restoration of power supply.

4. Carry out troubleshooting of electrical wiring system, firefighting system and other building services.

5. Coordinate subcontractor manpower during both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance or breakdowns.

6. Regularly review and update the list of critical spare parts for electrical and instrumentation systems.

7. Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks for factory buildings and facilities.

8. To record and maintain a proper log book for all checking or inspection in accordance with the requirement of the Energy Commission

9. Liaise with TNB, BOMBA, JKKP, DOE and other regulatory bodies on compliances issue.

Job Requirements:

1. Possess a valid Chargeman Certificate (AO) issued by the Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST).

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.

3. Fresh graduates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply.

4. Good knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and safety procedures.

5. Able to work independently, troubleshoot problems effectively, and work under pressure.

6. Ability to perform Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.

7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
