We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to join our team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile delivery, support Scrum teams in achieving their goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Ensure Scrum principles, practices, and Agile values are understood and followed by the team.

• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.

• Remove impediments and help the team resolve issues that may impact delivery.

• Support the team in achieving sprint goals and maintaining delivery commitments.

• Promote collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders.

• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Provide visibility on team progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery status.

• Identify opportunities to improve team productivity, processes, and Agile maturity.

• Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and team performance.

• Encourage a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.
