岗位职责
1 To prepare Delivery Order.
2 To prepare Prepare Purchase Requisition to order items, then email to Purchase Department at HQ for approval.
3 Submission of relevant documents to HQ office.
4 To check and upkeep all materials in store according check list.
5 Order supplies from supplier according to requirements.
6 Responsible for the day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.
7 Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports are filed and stored properly.
8 Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
9 Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
10 To liase closely with HQ for the procurement of necessary materials.
11 To manage and track incoming and outgoing letters & correspondeces with client.
12 To assist site engineer for upkeep documentation, update drawings, correspondence, instructions, etc.
13 To assist site QS to prepare and update necessary documents.
14 To assist site QS for costing issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
