Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the implementation and execution of Halal and Food Safety Management System standards (HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000).
- Responsible for preparing and sending lab samples when required.
- To engage with pest control service provider to provide monthly pest control services.
- To assist in audits from certification bodes and authorities.
- To prepare monthly reports in terms of food safety, quality for central kitchen and retail outlets.
- To involve in customer complaints and audit non-conformances follow up and closure.
- Responsible for FOSIM registration, BeSS certificate application.
- Responsible for handling food safety and quality issues at retail outlet level.
- To ensure hygiene and sanitation compliance throughout all stages of preparation, processing, packaging and handling including personnel hygiene, utensils and equipment, premise and environment.
- To assist superior time to time and complete given task.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Studies.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is added advantage
- Possess own transport and prepared to travel for assignment
- Possessing internal audit experience is an added advantage
