IT Project Manager (Banking)

Working location: Kuala Lumpur

Mandatory Skills: Must have experience manage Banking Project

Technical/Functional Skills

• Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word)

• Project Management skill

• Ability to gather requirements needed for service request and for issues escalated.

• Strong knowledge in transaction banking operations, products, services and technology such as Payment, Collection, Trade and Security.

Personal Skills

• Possess a pleasure interpersonal skill.

• Strong in communication for both written and verbal.

• Ability to empathize by listening, understanding and relating to the thoughts, emotions or experience of others.

• Demonstrated understanding of current trends and issues affecting the use of information technology in the transaction banking industry.

• Demonstrated a track record for solving complex problems with a high-level of understanding of technical specification related to IT business user needs.

• Stakeholder and relationship management skills to maintain effective internal and external partnerships.

•Ability to analyze critically, problem solve, initiate change and accept responsibility.

• Highly developed organizational skills and demonstrated ability to set priorities and to meet regular deadlines.

• Ability to write reports, routine business correspondence and prepare presentations.
