Job Description

• Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the TikTok or Shopee.
• Sourcing product: Deal with supplier on sourcing items and negotiate price
• Live Session Coordination: Strategically plan, schedule, and manage live sessions with hosts to maximize audience engagement and sales conversions.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with platform account managers to execute campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and leverage platform updates for growth opportunities.
• Commission Management: Calculate and track commissions for live hosts, ensuring accurate and timely payouts.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest eCommerce trends, especially on TikTok, Shopee and propose innovative strategies to boost sales and engagement.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve online sales performance.
• Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and sales activities to achieve business targets.

Requirement

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or any related discipline.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in e-commerce operations or related field.

3. Experience managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business sense.

5. Familiar with online campaign planning, promotional tools, and marketplace operations.

6.Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

7. Reasonable command in speaking English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.

8. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month
