• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Maintain HR records, handle staff claims, and support training and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate company events, internal communications, and engagement initiatives.
• Manage hostel operations, CIDB cards, passports, and work permits for foreign workers.
• Oversee office/factory assets, vendor coordination, company vehicles, and PUSPAKOM inspections.
• Maintain cleanliness, filing systems, licenses, petty cash, and general administrative tasks.
• Support ad-hoc HR and admin projects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
