Job Title: Lead & Admin Coordinator

Location: Orchard Road

About Us

Athletic Collective provides expert Strength & Conditioning coaching, personal training, and physiotherapy to the athletic population in Singapore. We support athletes at every stage of their journey, from elite-level performers to recreational enthusiasts and youth athletes. We are a team dedicated to high-performance outcomes and professional care.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Lead & Admin Coordinator to act as the "control center" for our business. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and the primary support for our training team. You will spend your day ensuring our sales pipeline is moving efficiently while handling the essential administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inbound Lead Management: Act as the face of our company for all new enquiries. You will respond to emails, calls, and web forms promptly, qualifying interest and scheduling trials or consultations for our trainers.
  • CRM Stewardship: Take full ownership of our CRM system. You will track leads, update statuses, and ensure no enquiry is ever left in the wrong pipeline or forgotten.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Manage booking calendars to maximize our trainers' time and ensure a seamless experience for new clients from their first contact to their first session.
  • General Administration: Assist with routine office tasks, including client onboarding, invoicing, responding to general support queries, and preparing documentation for the training team.
  • Operational Support: Help us refine our internal processes to ensure our lead-to-booking conversion rate remains high and our administrative tasks stay organized.

Who You Are

  • A Master of Detail: You are naturally organized and find satisfaction in keeping records tidy and up-to-date.
  • A Clear & Empathetic Communicator: You enjoy helping people. You can take an enquiry and turn it into an excited, booked client through warm, professional communication.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable working in a CRM (or can pick one up very quickly) and are proficient with email and calendar management.
  • Reliable: You understand that "fast and accurate" is the key to our success. You don't let balls drop.
  • Experience in the fitness, sports, or physiotherapy industry is a significant advantage.
