Seeking a Service Engineer / Senior Service Engineer to provide installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair support for scientific and analytical instruments across regional customer sites. The role covers advanced systems including Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP instruments, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, managing escalations, and supporting preventive maintenance activities. Senior engineers are expected to independently handle complex technical cases, critical escalations, and coordinate with factory and regional support teams for issue resolution.The role also involves maintaining professional customer communication, providing technical recommendations, conducting user training, and building strong customer relationships.

Engineers are required to prepare accurate service documentation, maintain traceability of tools and spare parts, and identify service opportunities such as maintenance contracts, upgrades, and spare parts sales.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation/Controls

• Experience with scientific/analytical instruments such as Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, or ICP systems
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas for customer support
• Senior level: Minimum 4 years of relevant field service experience with ability to manage complex technical cases independently
