The Finance Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end finance and accounting functions for the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, while also providing financial and administrative support to the F&B team. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory and internal financial policies, timely reconciliation of accounts, and effective coordination with internal departments and regional stakeholders to support smooth business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure vendor invoices and staff claims are properly verified and approved for payments.
• Ensure all payments are supported with authorized documents.
• Reconcile sales from POS systems and online delivery platforms against settlement reports.
• Reconcile and verify collections from various payment gateways and platforms.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices for corporate sales.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuing timely and accurate payments and collections.
• Prepare and monitor cash flows projections.
• Responsible for GST submission.
• Month end GL journal posting, inclusive of payroll, prepayment, accrual, etc.
• Perform monthly reconciliation including reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts to creditors’ aging report.
• Other Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites

• Possess minimum Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in handling full set of accounts, preferably in F&B industry.
• Familiarity with GST and Singapore accounting practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Highly motivated, meticulous, organized and able to work independently.
• Good in analytical skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.

Candidates with MYOB experience will be an advantage.

Must Have Factor
