任职资格

  

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 
  • 1–3 years experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferred). 
  • Good knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control, and logistics flow. 
  • Able to handle inventory systems (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers. 
  • Able to supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations. 
  • Physically fit and able to work in warehouse environment. 
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance procedures. 
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.

岗位职责

 

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. 
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory audits regularly. 
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely deliveries. 
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials. 
  • Prepare delivery orders, goods received notes, and other warehouse documentation. 
  • Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks. 
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company procedures. 
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. 
  • Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes and efficiency.
