Responsibilities:
Check and verify all customer data promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank policy
Handles documents relating to customer information update
Perform phone calls to customer for verifying the maintenance request
Documents sorting, filling and perform signature verification
Co-ordinate the bonus point redemption process with related parties.
Support UATs and production check for various marketing programs.
Support ad hoc promotion projects.
Requirements:
F5 or above
Minimum 1-2 years working experience, preferably in banking industry.
Good communication and people management skill.
Able to communicate in English.
Basic PC knowledge.
