Internship Description
- Perform registrative and administrative tasks
- Assist in digitalising HR records
- Prepare, maintain and update documents
- Filter and transfer calls and emails
- Schedule meeting and assist in organizing events
- Office Management & Staff Welfare (Stock Check, Look for Quotations, Purchase Order, Receive)
- Assist Assets and Access Management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business, HR are welcome to apply
- Minimum 3 months or 77 days internship period and above
- High emotional intelligence and positive attitude
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Effective Interpersonal Communication
- Detail-oriented and well disciplined
- Hunger to learn
Internship start & end dates must be weekday & not a public holiday
