Job Summary
You will support the team by maintaining accurate documents and processing reports to ensure smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational tasks under guidance from Manager or Ops Executive to support division efficiency
- Manage documentation and reporting requirements accurately to meet operational needs and deadlines
- Maintain client files and database records with organized bookkeeping to ensure data integrity
- Prepare invoicing as assigned and communicate weekly and monthly sales updates to accounts personnel in coordination with Manager
- Archive and store job files effectively to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
- Meet deadlines for assigned tasks including vessel and product flow statistics reporting as directed
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate administrative matters and maintain smooth operations
- Follow company procedures and SOPs for communication, reporting, and audit compliance to uphold quality standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience using MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations
- Prior experience in shipping, commodity inspection, or logistics industries is advantageous
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an admin or operations executive in relevant industries

Job location: Raffles Place
Work week: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to $3,200 per month (Higher salary can be considered for candidates with relevant experience of minimum 2 years)
