We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, and maintaining operational efficiency within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities
• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control through regular cycle counts and stock audits
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Monitor warehouse productivity and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain proper documentation for inventory, deliveries, and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and security procedures
• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy
• Supervise warehouse assistants and coordinate manpower deployment when required
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure service standards are met

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field
• Minimum [1–3] years of relevant warehouse or logistics operations experience
• Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A forklift license will be an added advantage

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution warehouse operations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
