We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Dispatch Driver / Dispatch Assistant to support our daily warehouse delivery and store operations.

This role does not require high academic qualification. The most important requirements are good attitude, responsibility, punctuality, honesty, and willingness to follow company instructions.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers safely and on time.
• Check goods before delivery to make sure the correct items and quantity are sent out.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods when required.
• Arrange goods properly before dispatch.
• Collect customer signature, proof of delivery, or delivery confirmation when required.
• Update delivery status and report any delivery issues to the company.
• Handle goods carefully and avoid damage during delivery.
• Assist warehouse/store team with packing, checking, arranging, and moving goods when required.
• Keep company vehicle clean and in good condition.
• Follow company SOP and instructions from supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM is not required.
• Must be responsible, punctual, honest, and hardworking.
• Good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to follow instructions and company SOP.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to carry and arrange goods when required.
• Basic phone/WhatsApp usage is required for delivery updates.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Experience in dispatch, delivery, warehouse, or store operations is an advantage, but not required.
• Familiar with KL / Selangor routes is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
