A. Responsibilities and Authorities

• Review and discuss with the relevant departments for counter measure if non-conforming parts feedback from customers.
• Review and analyse all quality issue, reports and form of customer reject to eliminate potential causes on non-conformities.
• Supervise QA/QC staff and coordinate daily quality assurance activities across design, production, and assembly line
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001:2015) and internal quality procedures
• Support internal and external audits and certification processes.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, including test reports, inspection checklists, calibration logs, and control plans.

B. Job Competency

• At least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with testing equipment, calibration standards, and QA software tools
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and QA tracking systems
• Experienced in Auditing (ISO)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
