We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Junior E-Commerce Operations Executive to support our growing online business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operations, fulfillment, inventory coordination, and customer service.

No Shopify or Shopee experience is required as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management for example handle the daily Shopify and Shopee orders

2. Packing & Fulfillment like prepare shipments for daily collection

3. Customer Service that respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Shopify, and Shopee

4. Inventory & Stock Control like coordinate with production team for replenishment

5. Production Coordination and administrative Support

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
