Job Responsibilities
- Be part of a Programme Management Team (PMT) to ensure successful execution of a complex and fast-paced programme.
- Support the Programme Manager in the following:
- Coordinate with the Customer, Suppliers and other departments within the organisation, to ensure programme deliverables are on time.
- Track deliverables, purchases, and programme assets.
- Prepare and consolidate materials (minutes, slides, reports) for stakeholders such as Management and Customer.
- Monitor programme status; manhours, cost, revenue, security, risks.
- Preparation of business proposals; consolidate inputs from Technical, Legal and Finance departments.
- Ensure day to day coordination of logistics (such as parts, equipment and transportation) to support production activities.
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
- Project execution experience will be an added advantage.
