We're Hiring: Field Engineer!

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Role: Field Engineer

Job Description 
 Monitor and manage the system to ensure that all system parameters are optimum. 
 Escalated to the necessary teams if there is any adnormality to the systems or the system
parameters are less optimum. 
 Manage number of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner 
 Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics 
 Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
and/or alternatives 
 Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile 
 Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way 
 Collect, collate, compute and calculate the various support KPIs 
 Colate, compute and calculate the various system performance from system/application
logs. 
 Other administrative tasks, documentation and creation reports to be assigned. 
 Conduct investigation activities to be assigned. 
 
Job Requirements 
 Diploma, Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent 
 Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience 
 Relevant experience as a monitoring center engineer 
 Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing, service/repair manuals and or diagrams will be
added advantage 
 Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage 
 Airport operations background will be added advantage 
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical
thinker who embraces challenges 
 Ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team 
 Able to interact with all levels of people and work under stress 
 Willing to work on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, which includes day, night, weekends,
public holidays etc. 
 Training will be provided 
 
Working hours 
Rotating 12 hours shift or as assigned. 
4days 12 hours and 3 days rest 
Followed by 3 days 12 hours and 4 days rest
