Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities involving electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and building services systems.
Monitor and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are executed according to approved maintenance plans.
Attend to and coordinate corrective maintenance works and emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Lead, supervise, and provide technical guidance to technicians and maintenance personnel.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify defects and improvement opportunities.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with statutory regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Coordinate and monitor the performance of external contractors and service providers.
Ensure adequate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance operations.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Monitor maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
Attend client meetings, site inspections, and provide technical updates when required.
Ensure proper documentation of maintenance records, equipment history, permits, and service reports.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and asset replacement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or property management.
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel.
Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, airports, industrial facilities, or integrated facilities management environments is an advantage.
