Requirements :

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Fluent in Mandarin (required, due to regular communication with our China warehouse)

Responsibilities :

1.Process Monitoring & Quality Control

• Supervise daily loading/unloading activities at the warehouse
• Ensure operations follow SOPs and resolve quality issues with the warehouse team

2. Process Optimization & Efficiency

• Analyze workflows and suggest improvements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and boost operational efficiency

3. Cross-Department Collaboration

• Liaise between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service & Warehouse teams
• Ensure smooth coordination and operational alignment

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Collect and analyze operational data
• Generate reports and present actionable insights to management
