Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services according to schedule for all equipment
• Conduct field troubleshooting and product repairs at customers’ sites
• Assist customers with all technical issues related to equipment
• Deliver training sessions to customers when required
• Prepare accurate professional reports on technical issues and liaise with relevant departments
• Report and escalate any incidents or irregularities through proper channels
• Perform installation, commissioning, and preparation of machines
• Provide feedback to divisions on customer experiences, product quality, and potential improvements
• Carry out other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field
• At least 1 year of working experience in service; fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Able to work independently, resourceful, and self-motivated
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
• Applicants must have full working rights in Malaysia
