Summary
Entry-level role within the Global Command Center responsible for supporting physical security systems, help desk operations, and incident response. Serves as a key point of contact for issue resolution, work order management, and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and global security partners.

This position will work within a Global Command Center and is an in-office position, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, excluding holidays. Availability to cover nights, weekends, and on-call shifts upon request
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as like printers and copiers. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
