Summary
Entry-level role within the Global Command Center responsible for supporting physical security systems, help desk operations, and incident response. Serves as a key point of contact for issue resolution, work order management, and coordination across internal teams, vendors, and global security partners.


Core Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for customers to handle security related work orders
  • Answer help desk calls and emails for problem resolution
  • Log and track inquiries using work order management database, ensure information is accurate, prioritized and appropriately assigned
  • Research incident tracking system for similar incidents/resolutions
  • Identify, evaluate, prioritize, follow-up and timely completion work orders
  • Communicate with team members, vendors and customers- directing and leading others to seek resolution
  • Maintain records, troubleshoot, analyze data to find errors and make corrections
  • Use follow-up protocol to ensure that daily output is on target and completed
  • Respond and escalate physical security intelligence to security leadership in a timely manner
  • Use travel and travel security applications to identify and use mass communications tools to notify employees located in global areas of risk
  • Support and work with AMER, APAC, & EMEA STAT & Physical Security teams
  • Assist Level II in ticket resolution
  • Strive for customer service excellence

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the IT and/or physical security technology industry, and/or strong customer service experience
  • Prefer experience in software management and administration of integrated physical security solutions and/or working knowledge of IT platforms.
  • Previous customer service experience desired
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Familiarity with corporate dynamics and general business processes
  • AMAG and Lenel certified by company sponsor within 1 year of employment

  • Must have strong integrity and ability to work independently

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position will work within a Global Command Center and is an in-office position, Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, excluding holidays. Availability to cover nights, weekends, and on-call shifts upon request

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, much of the work may be done sitting at a desk, using a computer, typing, handling phone calls, filing, and using office equipment such as like printers and copiers. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
