Job Description & Details

Position: Creative Sales Crew
Company: SZBLOOMS GROUP SDN BHD
Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,000 + Commission
Working Hours: We offer multiple shift options. Candidates are allowed to choose their preferred shift, subject to availability.
1. 7:00am - 4:00pm
2. 9:00am - 6:00pm
3. 10:30am - 7:00pm
4. 3:00pm - 12:00am
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Bandar Puteri Bangi, Kajang, Selangor

Job Scope

1) Handle sales and provide excellent customer service in-store and across online platforms (Shopee, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook).

2) Host TikTok & Shopee Live sessions — present products, engage with viewers, and activate promotions during live shows.

3) Assist in content creation for social media (videos, photos, captions).

4) Prepare and update weekly sales and performance reports.

5) Organize stock and maintain store cleanliness and product display.

Requirements

1) Well-groomed, friendly, and confident in communication.

2) Passionate about sales and social media.

3) Able to work in a team and follow live session schedules.
