We are looking for a Paralegal intern to join our team!

Job responsibilities

• Review and draft contracts and agreements.
• Support general corporate work.
• Billing and legal fee management in South Asia countries.
• Conduct research on various legal issues in South Asia countries.
• Support compliance matters in South Asia countries.
• Manage the corporate secretary matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.

• Currently pursuing a Law Degree (JD) / recent law graduate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent research, writing and analytical skills.
• Positive attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• A professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
