We are looking for an active and enthusiastic HR Executive to run and support a wide range of HR operations for our manufacturing workforce. This role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with both site management and Group HR to drive HR standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a wide range HR operations including employment administration, payroll, claims, leave, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, employee files, contracts, and documentation
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all job levels: manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding, transfers, and promotions
- Drive employee engagement activities, welfare programs, staff communication, grievance handling, investigations, and exit interviews
- Coordinate training & development programs, maintain training records, track attendance, and manage grant applications with relevant agencies
- Oversee the performance review cycle to ensure timely completion, quality evaluations, and alignment with high‑performance culture standards
- Prepare HR reports and analytics including manpower dashboards, HR metrics, attendance trends, turnover data, and salary benchmarking support
- Manage HRIS systems, ensure accurate data entry, support system upgrades, troubleshoot HRIS issues, and work with Group HR on digital HR initiatives
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure strict compliance with MOM regulations and internal HR policies
- Support policy reviews, HR manual updates, SOP improvements, and HR governance initiatives
- Assist with general office administration such as supplies, equipment, and transport arrangements
- Support facility management to ensure workplace safety, upkeep, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, service providers, and training partners on manpower, grants, and HR-related matters
- Collaborate with Group HR Team on policy alignment, HR system implementations, audits, standardisation projects, and HR infrastructure improvements
- Perform any other HR duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience, preferably with experience in manufacturing/operations/F&B industry
- Knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and MOM regulations
- Good learning attitude towards learning about recruitment, HR operations, HRIS, and payroll support
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently, meticulous, organised, and comfortable engaging production staff
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with HR reporting preferred
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
