AMK Technology Hiring! Full Time System Application Support (4- years) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and perform analysis to identify gaps, impacts, and functional requirements for supported applications and solutions.
• Support project and solution delivery aligned with business needs and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Manage and execute implementation activities for applications and systems to ensure successful deployment and user satisfaction.
• Conduct and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide application support services for EPF digital platforms such as i-Lindung and i-Invest.
• Monitor application performance and system health to ensure compliance with SLA requirements.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application/system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Assess and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance system stability, reduce incidents, and improve overall application performance.
• Collaborate closely with business users, developers, vendors, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system/application support or application development roles.
• Strong experience in IT troubleshooting, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Good understanding of system architecture, system logic, and data flow between application components.
• Knowledge of application development technologies such as Java, HTML, and related components. Experience in Java development is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL) and database systems, including basic database operations and components.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and conducting SIT and UAT activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced support environment.
