We are looking for a System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft.Net platform, MVC/C#/VB.NET, and SQL.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of complex systems and applications;
• Understand stakeholders requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Work closely a team of application developers to support in-house applications;
• Assign development work to programmer, monitor progress and ensure program is delivered on time, thoroughly tested and according to specification;
• In-depth knowledge in software development cycle, process mapping and implementation to post live support;
• Develop solutions by evaluating existing workflow and processes; define and analyze logical problems; designing and testing solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft.Net platform, MVC/C#/VB.NET and SQL
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance
