Responsibilities

• Handle assigned NPI project to meet Project objectives, customer expectation & applicable regulatory requirements.
• Establish New product Testing /Inspection Procedures/Inspection Criteria/Work Instruction.
• Establish reliability test program to ensure Product Life meeting customer requirements.
• Plan & perform Product Verification & Validation tests for new project/alternative source or changes applicable to the products.
• Follow Up issues arose during Trial run to ensure new product is designed for manufacturing.
• Work with QC Engineer by transferring the methodology of NPI testing and failure history into IPQC/OQA test procedure.
• Learning periodically on test methodology widely employed through co-operational laboratories, competitors, international specification and regulatory and deploy into test plan.
• Prepare required documents as per Quality Management System, customer specific and/or regulatory requirements along NPI stages.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years in Quality Assurance for New Product Introduction, Reliability, Safety and EMI test field.
• Experienced in studying Product specification & applicable test standards to establish Product Test Plan/Specification/Inspection procedures.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Requirements.
• Well practice with QC 7 tools, MSA, FMEA, control plan & SPC tools.
• Understanding well on semiconductor / plastic component behaviors.
