Your Job

Molex is seeking an experienced Liquid cooling DPE Engineer, primary focus on bridging design and manufacturing for Liquid Cooling products, developing and closing critical process and technology gaps required for stable mass production. This role integrates cross functional resources to ensure manufacturable, scalable, and reliable liquid cooling product introduction.

From sample build, process/equipment/material development, through mass production introduction and stabilization of liquid cooling products.

主要負責Liquid Cooling產品的新產品導入(NPI)製程設計與量產落地,作為設計與製造之間的關鍵橋樑。本職位聚焦於 水冷相關製程技術缺口的建立,驗證與量產化,整合跨部門資源,確保水冷產品具備 穩定量產能力,準時交付與可規模化製造能力。

水冷產品從樣品導入,製程與設備開發,材料與技術應用,到量產導入與製程穩定化之完整生命週期。

What You Will Do (Job Description)

• 主導液冷產品的DFM/DFA評審,在設計初期識別出組裝,密封,公差和製程風險

Lead DFM/DFA reviews for liquid cooling products, identifying assembly, sealing, tolerance, and process risks early in design phase

• 建立並發展水冷產品製程技術能力

負責建立水冷產品(如 cold plate,manifold,connector,hose,sealing 結構)所需之關鍵製程能力與專業知識, 解析新產品樣品與試產數據,運用統計分析找出製程與設計技術缺口, 擬定並執行製程改善與技術補強計畫,確保順利導入量產

Establish and develop liquid cooling process technology capability and expertise. Analyze sample and pilot production data to identify process gaps and drive improvement plans until mass production readiness.

• 主導水冷產品 DFM / DFA 與製程設計(包含治具設計)

於設計初期主導水冷產品 DFM / DFA 評審,提前識別組裝,密封,公差與製程風險,定義並建立水冷組件的製造流程,組裝邏輯及關鍵製程參數, 與 Tooling / MPE 合作,確保治具,設備與流程設計可支援量產

Lead DFM/DFA reviews for liquid cooling products and define robust manufacturing processes (Include Tooling fixture design) to mitigate assembly, sealing, and tolerance risks.

• 水冷產品 NPI 量產轉移

主導水冷新品從樣品,試製,試產至量產之流程轉移與標準化, 建立並維護 PFMEA,Control Plan,組裝流程圖與作業指導書, 支援新設備,新材料與新製程的開發,驗證與導入

Drive NPI execution and technology transfer of liquid cooling products from development phase to stable mass production.

• 量產支援與製程改善

支援量產線水冷產品之製程異常分析與改善(如漏水,組裝,公差相關問題), 與 Production,Quality 協作,執

行 root cause 分析與長期對策, 持續優化製程能力,良率與產線穩定度

Support mass production troubleshooting and continuous improvement to enhance yield, robustness, and manufacturing stability

• 提升產品線自動化能力

負責與自動化工程師合作,設計新的自動化設備,以提高生產效率和產量,同時保持產品質量,滿足客戶要求。

Enhance automation capability for the Product Line

Responsible for working with Automation engineer to design new automation machine to improve production efficiency and output keep quality the same meet customer requirements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Liquid cooling experience engineer or Process engineer 3 years above

What Will Put You Ahead

• 2nd Language: English. Be able to join global meetings in English.
• Liquid cooling product test and assembly experience and work for system company
• Minitab or Jump, PFMEA, APQP member (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
