Job Descriptions:
- Help plan projects (set timelines, list goals, and tasks).
- Assist in preparing and joining project startup meetings.
- Support in following up project tasks and tracking progress.
- Update schedules and check if tasks are completed on time.
- Report any risks, delays, or issues.
- Help with communication between the project team, stakeholders, and contractors.
- Join project review meetings and collect feedback.
- Keep project files updated (Gantt chart, reports, slides).
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Project Management, Bachelor in Office System Management, Bachelor of Secretarial Studies, Bachelor of Corporate Administrative, Bachelor of Operations Management or any related fied.
- Minimum CGPA 3.0
- Excellent computer literacy skills
- Proactive attitude, team player and strong desire to learn.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: Up to RM1,000.00 per month
