Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Coordinate and supervise production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety requirements, and company policies throughout production operations.
• Monitor production efficiency, machine utilization, and minimize downtime or production losses.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure product quality meets internal specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse departments for operational support.
• Prepare production reports, analyze performance data, and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor manpower allocation and production workflow effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality management systems and manufacturing standards.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in the rubber glove manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of production processes in rubber glove manufacturing is preferred.
• Familiar with production planning, process control, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 will be an added advantage.
• Able to analyze production issues and implement improvement actions.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
• Willing to work in manufacturing environment and support operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
