Job Summary

Iron Mountain is not just storing boxes; we are leading a global digital revolution. As a Solution Delivery Architect (SDA), you won’t just be "building systems" you will be the Regional Design Authority for our most complex enterprise clients across South East Asia.

This is a high-visibility, Professional Services (PS) role. You are the bridge between a customer’s messy legacy business problem and a clean, AI-powered digital future. You aren't starting from scratch; you are leveraging our world-class Insight DXP platform to tailor standardised, scalable solutions that define the "Gold Standard" for information governance.

What You’ll Do:

• Regional Design Authority: You own the technical integrity of the solution. You will author Low-Level Designs (LLDs) by tailoring our established global patterns, ensuring we "design once and apply many" for maximum scalability.
• Trusted Technical Partner: This is an external, customer-facing role. you will lead the post-sale design journey, influencing senior technical stakeholders and ensuring every functional, security, and performance requirement is met through to final customer acceptance.
• AI & Automation Leadership: You will provide technical steering for the regional team in areas of AI/ML-powered automation, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and complex cloud integrations.
• Governance & Integrity: You are the gatekeeper. You assess and authorize design changes, ensuring the solution remains compliant and deliverable within a global matrixed environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• External Delivery DNA: You have a proven track record of external client-facing delivery. You understand the stakes of SIT, UAT, and the drive required to reach a successful Go-Live.
• ECM & IDP Specialist: You are an expert in the "Business Logic" of documents. You have deep technical competency in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Workflow Orchestration (BPM), and data discovery.
• Emerging Tech Fluency: You aren't just "familiar" with AI/ML; you understand how to apply these technologies to solve real-world business automation hurdles.
• The "STAR" Communicator: You can navigate a complex, English-speaking global organization with ease. You structure your logic clearly, build trust quickly, and can translate Thai business needs into world-class English technical documentation.
• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS. Cloud or Architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, TOGAF) are highly preferred.
