JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Position: People & Human Resources Executive
Reporting to: Head of People & Human Capital Management
Summary:
Assist in overall smooth running and operations of People & Human Resources Department
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist Head of PHCM in the smooth running of the HQ, personnel and HR management as well as Secretariat matters.
· Assist in full spectrum of all human resource matters including payroll, staff attendance report and staff insurance.
· Assist in human resource functions covering staffing and recruitment, training and development and compensation and benefits.
· Assist and work with the administrative personnel in supporting the secretariat and administration functions i.e. Coordinate Event, Procurement Process, Maintenance of HQ Office and Office equipments, Document and Call Management.
· Assist in maintaining internal communication on announcement, general update on process, procedures, policies etc.
· Assist in liaising with relevant parties and authorities in regards to employee affairs (recruitment, resignation, grievances, employment benefits, EPF, SOCSO etc).
· Assist Head of PHCM in monitoring and follow up on employees’ performance reviews and leave matters.
· Ensuring the safe custody, effective retrieval of all personnel documents, records and files.
· Recruiting staff: preparing advertisements, checking application forms and shortlisting candidates.
· Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
· Undertake any other duties of compatible natures as may be required from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
