Join Our Team as a Program Executive!

Are you highly organized, proactive, and passionate about coordinating impactful programs? We are looking for a dedicated Program Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy managing projects, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish, this role is for you!

Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager to coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues to ensure prompt customer resolution.
• Processing customer RFQ and coordinate pricing tabulation for customer quote formulation.
• Communicates and coordinates fulfilment activities with internal departments; verification of PO, pricing and relative tasks in managing customer sales order and request.
• Assist Program manager to ensure customer satisfaction is met through fulfilling customer requests and sustaining continuous business improvement activities.
• Day to day activities and responsibilities assigned by Program Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School (SPM) with at least 5 years of relevant working experience, OR
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or equivalent, OR
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / BEng) in any Engineering discipline.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
