Job Description:
- Drive company vehicle to collect/ deliver items according to planned routes and schedules.
- Load and unload delivery items, verify pack lists and inspect items before departure.
- Prepare, check and process delivery documents: waybills, invoices, packing lists and PODs (proof of delivery).
- Pack and consolidate orders for dispatch and assist with order picking when required.
- Coordinate with procurement/workshop/warehouse team on daily schedules, route changes and urgent deliveries.
- Collect receiver signatures when applicable; submit receipts/DO/relevant docuements per SOP.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyre pressure) and report maintenance needs.
- Ensure delivery items are secured and protected during transit; report damaged items immediately.
- Follow safety, traffic and company policies at all times.
Skills & Requirements:
- Valid Malaysian driving license: D & B/B2.
- Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and safe driving practices.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to read packing lists and use smartphone apps for delivery confirmation.
- Physically able to lift up to 25–30 kg and perform manual loading/unloading.
- Punctual, reliable and customer‑service oriented.
- Must be willing to travel within Malaysia.
