The Operations & Reporting Executive will support warehouse operations through structured reporting, data consolidation, and cross-functional coordination. This role focuses on improving visibility of key operational metrics, and supporting process improvements, including the development of consolidated dashboards.
1. Reporting & Data SupportConsolidate data from multiple teams (warehouse, transport, automation)
Manage report templates and enforce consistency across submissions
Support development and upkeep of dashboards (Excel / BI tools)
Identify and flag discrepancies, missing data, or abnormal trends
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and pre-reads
Take accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and distribute on time
Track all action items and follow up proactively with respective PICs
Coordinate across warehouse, transport, and cross-functional departments
Support initiatives to streamline reporting and reduce manual effort
Assist in system and data improvement projects (e.g. dashboard consolidation)
Proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
Comfortable working with numbers, data sets, and performance metrics
Able to follow up firmly and professionally with multiple stakeholders
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
Good written and spoken English & Mandarin communication
3 - 5 years of working experience in any field
Background in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
Experience in reporting, data consolidation, or operations coordination
Exposure to tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, or Lark
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
