Job Responsibilities
- Create documentation of troubleshooting guides on servers, network, application and client devices with guidance from SMEs
- Track and manage versions of documents
- Consolidate and manage all such technical documents in a centralized storage location provided by the company
- Develop and implement processes for document control
- Ensure proper categorization and organization of documents
- Participate in meetings and record, review and distribute minutes of meetings
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
- Internship should contribute to school graduation requirements
Experience
- Familiarity with basic documentation tools is a plus
Other Prerequisites
- Meticulous, resourceful, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation
- Proactive and able to take initiative in identifying gaps and proposing improvements
