Programmers work in many settings, including corporate information technology (“IT”) departments, big software companies, small service firms and government entities of all sizes. Many professional programmers also work for consulting companies at client sites as contractors. Licensing is not typically required to work as a programmer, although professional certifications are commonly held by programmers. Programming is widely considered a profession (although some[who?] authorities disagree on the grounds that only careers with legal licensing requirements count as a profession).

Responsibilities:
  • Understand user requirements
  • Implement, test, support and maintain systems
Requirements:
  • High diploma or above in IT discipline or equivalent (Fresh Graduate is welcome)
  • Experience in Web based application (Java or .NET) will be advantage
  • Knowledge in AJAX, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML and SQL will be advantage
  • Knowledge in Struts and Spring or ASP.NET MVC 4 will be advantage
  • Knowledge in Oracle, MySQL and DB2 will be advantage
  • Hardworking and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated and good problem solving skills
  • Experience in SI or Vendor will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation
  • High enthusiastic in various IT technology will be an advantage
  • Good English Communication and writing will be advantage
