Administrative Support
- Providing general administrative support, including document management, filing, and data entry.
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordinating and following up with clients for documents (Quotation, Reports, and etc.)
- Assist in coordination and following up with supplier for document (Quotation, Purchase Order, catalogue, and etc.)
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Accounts Support
- Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks, such as invoicing, reconciliations, and payment processing.
- Process and verify staff claims in accordance with company policy.
- Perform basic data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in admin/account support is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting system (SQL) is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle documentation accurately
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
