Solution Architect – Job Scope

A Solution Architect is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that align with business requirements and technical standards.

1. Requirement Analysis

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

- Experience in preparing and reviewing Business Requirement Specification (BRS).

- Translate business needs into detailed System Requirement Specification (SRS).

2. Solution & System Design

- Design end-to-end system architecture and technical solutions.

- Prepare System Design Specification (SDS) including architecture diagrams, system components, and integration flow.

- Ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational standards.

3. Technical Development Experience

- Hands-on experience in software development and system implementation.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

- Review code, system logic, and ensure best development practices are followed.

4. System Integration

- Design system integration between applications, APIs, databases, and external systems.

- Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility across platforms.

5. Project Implementation Support

- Work closely with project managers, developers, and infrastructure teams during system implementation.

- Ensure the delivered solution meets business requirements and technical specifications.

6. Documentation & Technical Governance

- Maintain proper technical documentation including architecture diagrams, BRS, SRS, and SDS.

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and system standards.

7. Stakeholder Communication

- Present technical solutions to management, business users, and clients.

- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical development teams.

Additional Skills / Experience

- Experience in preparing BRS, SRS, and SDS documentation

- Strong system architecture and design knowledge

- Software development background

- Experience in system integration and API design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
