Job Description:

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Analyze project timelines, resource allocation, and progress to identify risks and delays.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align schedules with project objectives.
• Prepare cost and resource forecasts, including material and labor requirements.
• Track project performance and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required.
• Support decision-making by providing accurate planning insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or management
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking oversea vendors)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
