Job Description:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely execution.
- Analyze project timelines, resource allocation, and progress to identify risks and delays.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align schedules with project objectives.
- Prepare cost and resource forecasts, including material and labor requirements.
- Track project performance and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required.
- Support decision-making by providing accurate planning insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or management
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking oversea vendors)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
