Job Description:

The IT Support staff will assist in maintaining basic IT operations and providing technical support for the company. This role includes helping with website updates, supporting GIS-related tasks, and assisting with general IT-related work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing and updating the company website, including uploading information, editing content, and ensuring the website is up to date.

2. Provide basic IT support for office computers, printers, internet connections, and common software issues.

3. Assist in troubleshooting simple technical problems and report issues when necessary.

4. Support the setup and maintenance of office IT equipment and systems.

5. Assist the team with basic GIS-related tasks and data management when required.

6. Help with general IT-related tasks and provide assistance to staff when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computing, or a related field (Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geoscience, Geomatics, Geology, Geospatial, Geoinformatics, Geography, Geophysics, Land Surveying, Remote Sensing, or related field). Applicants without this qualification may still apply if they have relevant working experience or

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Basic knowledge of IT networking, including routing and switching, will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity or cloud technology will be an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of GIS software or geospatial data will be an added advantage.

- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or hold a valid residence status

Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
