QUALIFICATIONS

Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Marine / Industrial, Min 1 year experience in Fabrication / Manufacturing / Machining, Knowledge in CAD / AutoCAD / Solid work, Computer literate, Knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Occupational, Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Provide mechanical designs and specify any needed information for development of new products in Engineering department, bulk handling equipment, excavator machinery and others.

2. Facilitate and control the fabrication drawings and Bill Of Material (BOM) for new establishment, revised version, update any changes and issuance of the said documents.

3. Resolve problems and improve the manufacturability and serviceability of products by working together with manufacturing and service personnel. Develop any recommended changes for manufacturing processes.

4. Reduce product cost and improve the design performance by working with other groups of engineers and value the contributed initiatives.

5. Upgrade the product and reduce the failures in service. At times, refer marketing personnel for cost consulting regarding the mentioned matters.

6. Provide technical guidance to management if required.

7. Perform duties related to QMS, EMS and OHSMS.

8. Perform other duties as per assigned by top management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
